AVA Capital Surges with N2.63 Billion Profit Amidst Client Fund Boom

AVA Capital Plc has announced a profit before tax of N2.63 billion for the nine months ending September 30, 2026, marking a significant milestone in its financial trajectory. This growth is underpinned by a remarkable increase in client investment funds, which soared to N77.79 billion, a staggering rise from N9.24 billion at the end of 2025. The company also reported total revenue of N5.87 billion during this period, showcasing its robust operational capabilities.

This impressive performance comes as AVA Capital embarks on its first nine-month reporting cycle as a consolidated entity, following the merger of several of its subsidiaries. The 44.8% profit margin indicates strong operational efficiency, while the substantial growth in client funds reflects rising investor confidence in Nigeria's financial markets. Kayode Fadahunsi, the company’s CEO, emphasized the importance of building trust and maintaining strong client relationships, which are crucial in a market where investor sentiment can be volatile.

Looking ahead, the focus will be on how AVA Capital leverages this momentum to further expand its market presence and enhance its service offerings. The recent listing on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) also positions the company for greater visibility and access to capital, which could attract more institutional and retail investors. As the African financial landscape evolves, AVA Capital’s performance may serve as a bellwether for other firms in the region, potentially influencing investment trends and market dynamics across the continent.
