By the turn of the millennium, in 2000, these two entities merged to form Beta Glass PLC, establishing a unified brand positioned to lead the glass packaging industry across West and Central Africa. The company operates as a key member of the Frigoglass Group, serving as a strategic partner in glass packaging solutions. Beta Glass maintains its headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria, with manufacturing plants located in the Agbara industrial hub of Ogun State and Ughelli in Delta State. The core business of Beta Glass PLC revolves around the manufacture and sale of a diverse range of glass packaging products, including glass bottles and containers, as well as crowns and crates. These products cater to various industries, primarily serving manufacturers of soft drinks, breweries, wines and spirits, pharmaceuticals, food products, and cosmetics. With production facilities capable of producing flint, green, and amber glass, the company stands as a major supplier in the region.
