Its operational footprint spans across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Asia Pacific region, the Caribbean, and Latin America. The company's operations are organized into three distinct divisions: 1. Connectivity and Cable Solutions (CCS): This segment furnishes fiber optic and copper-based connectivity and cabling offerings. These are vital for telecommunications, cable television, residential broadband networks, data centers, and various business enterprises, in addition to supplying network solutions for both indoor and outdoor environments. 2. Networking, Intelligent Cellular and Security Solutions (NICS): This division provides advanced indoor cellular systems, including public key infrastructure, along with indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi and LTE access points, and both access and aggregation switches. It also encompasses an Internet of Things (IoT) portfolio, control and management systems available on-premises or via the cloud, and a suite of software and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications focused on security, location tracking, reporting, and analytics. 3. Access Network Solutions (ANS): This segment delivers critical components such as cable modem termination systems, video infrastructure, and distribution and transmission apparatus. It also offers cloud-based solutions, all designed to empower facility-based service providers in building out their residential and metropolitan distribution networks. Vistance Networks serves a diverse clientele, including telecommunications carriers, data center administrators, cable television operators, and multi-system operators. The company distributes its products and services via a multifaceted channel strategy, engaging independent distributors, specialized resellers, wireless and wireline operators, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and system integrators, alongside direct sales to customers. Originally established in 1976 and headquartered in Richardson, Texas, the company operated as CommScope Holding Company, Inc. until it rebranded to Vistance Networks, Inc. in January 2026.
